Private beta terms
Terms of Use
These terms cover the owner-only Catalog Sentinel beta. A final legal review, operator identity, and support contact are required before the service is made public.

What Catalog Sentinel provides
Catalog Sentinel provides a limited, pre-submission review of selected product feed fields and file structures. It is an independent tool, not an official Google validator, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
No approval guarantee
A report may contain false positives, false negatives, parsing errors, or rules that have changed. A clean report does not guarantee that a feed, product, website, or Merchant Center account will be accepted. Google makes its own decisions and may assess factors Catalog Sentinel cannot inspect.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to use the data you check, verifying every suggested action, keeping backups, confirming final accuracy, submitting the feed, and complying with applicable platform rules and law.
Catalog Sentinel does not modify your original file. Because processing is local to the browser, Catalog Sentinel cannot recover a feed or report after the session is cleared.
Beta availability
The beta is currently free and has no paid plan or checkout. Features, validation rules, usage limits, and availability may change or be withdrawn as the product is tested.
Service provided as is
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as is and as available, without warranties that it is complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular submission. Do not rely on it as your only compliance or data-quality control.
Names and contact
Google, Google Merchant Center, and related product names belong to their respective owners. Their use here identifies the platform whose public data specifications are being discussed.
The site owner must publish an operator identity and support contact, and obtain a legal review of these terms, before enabling public access.
